About
Mirror an Android device over USB or TCP/IP and control it with your keyboard and mouse. scrcpy supports audio forwarding, recording, camera mirroring and virtual displays, without installing a permanent app on the device.
scrcpy includes its own ADB version. If a host ADB server is already running on port 5037 with a different version, the bundled ADB client may restart that server. This can temporarily interrupt other ADB connections.
The package has direct device access for USB mirroring and OTG input. ADB keys are stored privately for this app. Network access permits wireless connections and communication with a host ADB server; an existing server on port 5037 may be reused.
Run command-line options with flatpak run com.genymobile.scrcpy --help. For wireless pairing, use flatpak run --command=adb com.genymobile.scrcpy pair ADDRESS:PORT, then flatpak run --command=adb com.genymobile.scrcpy connect ADDRESS:PORT.
Optional access to host files is disabled by default:
- Record into your Videos directory:
flatpak override --user --filesystem=xdg-videos com.genymobile.scrcpy, then pass an absolute path there with the recording option. - Read files for drag-and-drop transfer from Downloads:
flatpak override --user --filesystem=xdg-download:ro com.genymobile.scrcpy. - Undo optional overrides:
flatpak override --user --reset com.genymobile.scrcpy.
