About
This is a community package of SculptForge, maintained independently and unaffiliated with its developers. It repackages the official upstream Linux build unmodified.
SculptForge is a digital sculpting application with brushes, symmetry, sculpt layers, voxel remeshing and LOD chains. It exports FBX, glTF and OpenUSD, and can send a model to the Unreal Editor.
AI tools can describe a brush, or turn an image or a description into a model, using the built-in service or a local Ollama or ComfyUI. A phone link can show the sculpt and capture a face. No account is required to sculpt locally.
Sandbox: display, GPU, network for those AI tools, the phone link and Unreal Live Link, and the home folder so a model can read the files named beside it. The daily update notice is turned off. Updates come through FlatPark.
Pen tablets work through the display connection. To use a SpaceMouse, run flatpak override --user --device=input org.sculptforge.SculptForge.
The headless runner is flatpak run --command=sculptforge-cli org.sculptforge.SculptForge --help.
