ConstructCAD

This is a community package of ConstructCAD, maintained independently and unaffiliated with Francis Rebouças. It repackages the official upstream Linux build unmodified.

ConstructCAD is a building information modeling application. One parametric model is the source of truth: floor plans, sections, elevations, 3D views, legends, schedules and sheets are views of that model. It imports IFC2X3 and IFC4 and exports IFC4.

The interface is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Lao, Polish, Ukrainian and Traditional Chinese. No account is required.

Sandbox: display, GPU and the Documents folder so a project path keeps working. Open and Save otherwise go through the file chooser. The in-app update notice is turned off; updates come through FlatPark.

The headless runner is flatpak run --command=ccad io.github.francisreboucas.constructcad -h.

To open a project by path outside Documents, run flatpak override --user --filesystem=home io.github.francisreboucas.constructcad.
