如何把应用加入 FlatPark 并维护它。建议按顺序读：发现应用、能不能打包、包是什么（文件、运行时机、extra-data 规则）、选择格式和对应格式的页面、预构建库（runtime 缺的库）、权限、出问题时看常见问题，然后是提交应用（构建、测试、提 PR）和清理。打包流程手册是 agent 每次打包都要走的完整流程。打包文档只有英文。
